Keeping Your Child Safe

Keeping Your Child Safe

At Haverstock we are unequivocally committed to ensuring that all students are safe, happy and secure whilst in our care. Through clear procedures and practice we are duty-bound to promoting the welfare of students and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

This means that we have a Child Protection and Safeguarding policy and clear processes in place which we refer to in our policy. All staff (including supply staff, volunteers and governors) must ensure that they are aware of these procedures.

Please see below for a full copy of our Child Protection and Safeguarding Policy, our Anti-Bullying Policy and a booklet offering advice on keeping children & young people safe from radicalisation and extremism.

Our Designated Safeguarding Lead is Lucie Hernandez (Assistant Headteacher) and our Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead is Jackie Williams.   Should you have any concerns about the welfare or safety of your child, they can be contacted on safeguarding@haverstock.camden.sch.uk
